       I.            Purpose of Learn
Ø  The First Meeting
1.      Student can descript meaning of transport in the membrane namely diffusion.
2.      Student can descript characteristic of diffusion.
3.      Student can descript meaning of transport in the membrane namely osmosis.
4.      Student can descript characteristic of osmosis.
Ø  The Second Meeting
1.      Student can experiment about diffusion and osmosis.
2.      Student can compare transport mekanism in the membrane between diffusion with osmosis.
Ø  The Third Meeting
1.      Student can analize application of transport concept in the membrane.
2.      Student can difference between aktive transport with passive transport.
3.      Student can explain exsocitosis and endocitosis process as well as role from two of them.

Transport by Cell Membrane
Cell membrane or plasma membrane locate beside sitoplasma out dissaggregate living cell with not living area beside it. In the sitoplasma contyain organels, those all organel also  wrapped by membrane structure it samely with cell membrane it is lipid, protein, and less carbohidrat. Cell membrane funct as b oundary between cell organels in the deep part and liquid be bathed cell. Transport by cell membrane divided 2 part is passive transport and active membrane.
A.    Passive transport
Passive transport is transport of ion, molecul, and compound be not needed energy. This transport take place effect from different concentration between zat or solubler. Transport include diffusion. Helped – diffusion, and osmosis.
1.      Diffusion
Diffusion is process random movement particell ( atom, molecul ), gas, fluid, and solubler well exceed or not exceed membrane from high concentration to law concentration until it concentration become same or achieve proportion.
2.      Osmosis
Osmosis is movement solven zat by membrane with help protein transport outstretchely those membrane, protein can’t catalyze a chemist reaction.
B.     Active transport
Active transport is transport be needed energy to movement molecul from one side of membrane to in the other membrane it. Energy be used in cellbis ATP ( Adenosis Tri Phosfat ), that is high energy product from cell respiration, else active transport also need membrane – protein as carry or transportation to through of membrane. Active transport differented become 2, it is ion pump and cotransport.
Ion pump is transport a ion through plasma membrane buck concentration gradient. All cell different potensial energy electric between sitoplasma and area in around it ( membrane potensial ).
Cotransport is transport a zat be actived other transport zat through plasma membrane. Cotransport engage 2 membrane protein.
C.     Endocitosis and exsocitosis
Ø  Endocitosis is happen formation a pouch of cell membrane when a macromolecul be transfered go into membrane. Endocitosis invited become 2 :
1.      Pinocitosis
2.      Fagocitosis

1.      Students divided 4 group.
2.      Every group given topic to discussion with each group :
-          Group 1 discussion about characteristic of diffusion.
-          Group 2 discussion about characteristic of osmosis.
-          Group 3 discussion about difference between diffusion with osmosis.
-          Group 4 discussion about similarity between diffusion with osmosis.

1.      Delegation of every group presentate discussion output from each group.
2.      Students from other group react from forward group.
3.      Teacher give feedback that is evaluate presentation output from all group and give reinforcement for presentation and discussion  already and give questions to students as written or spoken.

2.      Teacher convey plan of learn the coming in the next meeting.
3.      Teacher determine distribution of group for experiment later.
4.      Teacher read materials need to be bring by each group.
5.      Teacher require students to read a experiment intruction.

4.      Teacher give orientation with examplize from membrane transport example mango candy, zalacca mango and dondong candy.
5.      Teacher give aperception “ Building on example, what is candys include membrane transport? Why? “
